feeling the amount of fat i have whilst also having my hipbones out so that you can feel and see them is making me remember that this genuinely is my body type and it's going to be hard to lose further than where I'm at
basically i jus drink a lot of water and do small workouts and etc
dont ever listen to people that tell you to completely cut anything out of ur diet or routine. cuz ppl who crave sugar or nic or whatever will still need it but they can decrease usage by cutting down and grazing. basically if ur craving smth have it maybe once rvery other day or twice a week. it depends on what area you struggle in or why you may keep weight up but these things helped me and i hope they help u too
